I was referred to Chad Love Services by a friend after a previous AC man was at our house off and on for 3 weeks and still hadn’t fixed our AC unit...Gordon from Chad Love Services came out the next day after I called. He assessed the situation and in a respectful way let us know of some issues the previous person missed. He never spoke poorly of the other individual, he was professional and let us know what was going on. He ordered the motor that day. He came back with the motor...realized it was not the correct motor. Apologized and immediately ordered the correct motor and was back in 2 days to install it. He cleaned our system and everything. Our AC is now back and working. I’m looking forward to sleeping in my bed tonight and it’s all thanks to Chad Love Services. The price was more reasonable that of the previous person who did nothing but claimed he was just charging us for the motor. Gordon called the day of each service to confirm with us that he was coming and when to expect him. He put on covers over his shoes before even stepping in the house and protected our wood floors when accessing the attic where our upstairs AC motor is located. I am very pleased with Gordon and Chad Love Services and would recommend them to anyone. They are honest, quick, have great customer service, and communicate in a way someone with no experience with a broken ac can understand, and their prices are very reasonable. Chad Love Services is an excellent company. They replaced a split system for me 18 months ago and they have performed maintenance and service on a unit installed five years ago. So obviously no one wants their ac units to stop working on the hottest days so far.. and who wants to pay for repairs right.. I will say that Elliot did a great job of explaining and giving options.. so at the end of the day I didn’t want to deal or pay for this, but at least dealing with Chad Love I feel what was done was fair and honest.. Brandon was courteous and knowledgeable, and called to not only let us know we were next on the schedule, but also to get some background about our problem before arriving. Professionally dressed and recognizable because they send you a text and picture ahead of time so you know what your technician looks like (great for all, but especially women who may be home alone!) My wife and I purchased a 16 year old home here in SALISBURY, NC. Believing in preventative maintenance, we contacted a local HVAC company for a check up and annual maintenance program. After the fall checkup, we were informed that the unit was a least 16 years old and showed signs of deterioration. This company came out and gave us a quote on a new system. A family member referred us to Chad Love Services, having had a good experience with them. Thank God for the referral.Their initial visit to our home was by one of their technicians who crawled under the house taking pictures of the unit and duct work which revealed rust on the furnace and mold on the ducts. The technician, a young man named Elliott, sat down with my wife and I, explained what he found, showed us the pictures of the rust and mold and then proceeded to show us what would be a viable replacement . He explained the efficiency of the new system, and the fact that he would strongly suggest replacing the existing duct work with new to eliminate any possibility of mode entering the house. His professionalism, knowledge, explanation of the new system and how it would work sold us. Understand, this system is not cheap, but advised us that his company had financing available at a good interest rate and would make sure the installation would be done correctly.Chad Love Services completed the install today, 11/29/2018 and what a GREAT JOB THEY DID. The head installer, Ritchie and his partner worked in some of the coldest conditions, but put the system in and what a difference. They made absolutely sure everything work properly and that we understood how the new thermostat worked and were comfortable with operating the system.I now understand why they are a 5 STAR COMPANY!!!!! This is the second time we have them coming. Two years ago Elliott came and did the ducts cleaning and a full tune up of the main system. I was impressed by his professional service. I called them this time to repeat the service. Being a company with high standards of honesty Elliott came and advised me that it was not needed. He only changed the motor starter which had low torque. They will be coming back in a month because we want to have three zones rather than a single one for all the house. I would have posted earlier, but this got hung up in my email firewall. We had our AC go out in early July when it was really hot. The 4th of July holiday was just another complication. Fortunately, we were part of Chad Love's VIP program so when we called with our problem, we were put on their priority list. We were scheduled for a couple of days out, but got lucky when they had a cancellation and they were able to come out the next day. The owner, Chad, was our service tech. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked everything out and identified the problem quickly. He had the parts with him and was able to get us up and running in a couple of hours. Additionally, we were scheduled for our seasonal tune up the following week, but he took care of that the same day since he was there. Excellent service. My wife and I highly recommend.

They came out to do a second opinion for us. First company said that we needed a whole new unit. When Elliott came out, he was very nice and efficient. He took a look at the outside unit and then the one in the attic. Fixed our blower and added freeon. Saved us from having to replace our unit and $6,000. Wouldn’t go with anyone else. Had a glitch with our thermostat. Called Chad Love Services and got a call back within 10 mins. Brandon came out first thing in the morning and diagnosed the issue and had our system running back up in no time. I called Chad Love Heating and Air cause my furnace stopped working. They sent Brandon Love to my home to check it out. Fast service was nice.He came and checked out my furnace check almost everything on it to see what was wrong. He found it quickly and told me what needed to be replaced. He let me pick the price i could pay wow that was nice to.He was very knowledgeable about my unit that gave me a sense of he knew what he was doing. Thank you for the great work and the fastness on fixing it. I will call again when something arises with heat and air. Our AC Unit quit working and Brandon with Chad Love Services came out and told us what was wrong... it was fixable... but our unit was also 20 years old. He was honest with us letting us know that he didn't know how long the "fix" would last us. My husband and I decided it would be best to get a new AC Unit. We of course did price shopping and spoke with a couple other companies to see who could provide us with the best service and pricing... when we had Brandon to come back out and look at what we needed for an AC Unit, he was the only Company that actually took a good look under our house and even came in to look at necessary items... the other companies did not. We were overall impressed with the presentation of Chad Love Services and the fact that they take the time to see what exactly we need and explain why. Our new AC Unit will be installed this upcoming week and I'm sure we will have another great review later down the road once we get to test it out :)

My experience with Chad Love Services was excellent. I called them because I wanted to use a local company in Concord. I called the office around 11:00am and Heaven called me back and scheduled an appointment for me the very same day. Brandon was the technician who came out for my service call. He sent me a text with his name and picture, which was great for my security. He arrived before the actual scheduled time. I was working from home, so I showed him the thermostat and attic door and he went about looking at my systems. I had serveral conference calls and Brandon waited patiently for me to get a break. He diagnosed the issue and explained the problems and used pictures to show me the parts that needed replacement. He went out to the van to determine the cost and provided me several options. He did not pressure me to get the most expensive fix, but I wanted to get both systems checked and repaired, plus I wanted to get a yearly maintenance contact. Now that Brandon has completed the work, I feel warm and safe. Thanks Chad Love Services for a job well done.

Brandon came to our house to diagnose and fix a problem with our furnace and thermostat. He called and emailed a photo to identify himself and to announce when he would arrive on the appointed date. He was right on time. He put on protective covers for his shoes and set about his work efficiently, informing us each step of the way what he was doing and why. We wound up informed of the cause and cure for our problem, which was one on which we had been working for several weeks with another company with less than satisfactory results. Brandon was able to fix our problem and tell us how to avoid both that one and several others it might cause if left uncorrected. Altogether, the service was performed professionally and skillfully at a very reasonable price. We were very pleased with our contact with Chad Love Heating and AC Services and will use them for our ongoing needs in the future. Our initial contact with the staff and with the owner revealed an attitude of service, quality and customer satisfaction that is truly exceptional these days. We are hoping for minimal need for repair services, of course, but not because of any concern about receiving anything other than good communication and being treated with anything other than respect. So far, so good. We recommend these folks highly.

The Technician was impressive. I am happy that he was able to Diagnose the Issue and give me information on the Particular Problem. I am Extremely Skeptical when it comes to contractors. I can be told anything and Prices are listed upfront so how would I know, If its true or not. I appreciate how I was given the option of getting the worked fixed. I like to think things through and budget accordingly before shelling out 182.00 for a simple cleaning.

Chad Love Services were AMAZING!!!! From the initial phone call I made to set up a diagnostic visit to the service that Brandon delivered, they are a true 5 star company in Customer Service! I had an appointment for 12pm-3pm but the technician was able to come earlier, which was a plus for me since my furnace wasn't working. Brandon was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My heater was up and running in no time. He also provided great advice for preventative maintenance for upkeep of my HVAC unit since I don't have any experience with it.
