I highly recommend this company. Our A/C was cutting off so we called them out. They were able to fit us in quickly. Gunnar was very thorough, explaining the different inspection steps and his findings. He fixed the issue causing the unit to cut off and uncovered an issue that if not fixed would have led to future problems. While I hope to never have A/C issues again, if/when I do, they will be my first call.

Chad Love has the absolute best customer service we've EVER experienced. The technician (Arod Rodriguez) that serviced our unit was on time, courteous, polite and professional. He listened to the issues we were having then went to solving the problem. He gave us different options for the repair and never made us feel like we were being pressured. When we learned that our hvac system needed to be replaced we contacted 3 highly rated local companies for consultation and estimates. After meeting with Brandon from Chad Love we cancelled our other 2 appointments. Brandon was incredibly professional, extremely friendly, and easily answered all of our questions. We did our research and Chad Love offers the best products and great warranties. We won’t hesitate to recommend them. All in all working with them was a pleasure and their service was impeccable.

Jagger was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, thorough, and took the time to really investigate what was going on with our HVAC system instead of just looking at the obvious problem. We had been dealing with condensation and water leaking, and he was able to identify issues with the dampers and also found mold in part of the system that we didn’t know was there. He explained what he found, showed us what needed to be repaired, and made sure we understood why it was important.
I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and honest he was throughout the entire visit. He made a stressful situation much easier to understand and gave us a clear plan for getting everything fixed properly. Thank you, Jagger! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We installed a new AC unit a year ago and air purification unit. Every single person who shows up at our house delivers 5 star service. Monday Joo Mien was our technician. He serviced our unit changing out the filter and ensured everything inside and out was running in tip top shape. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more professional person to step into my house. Thank you Chad Love Services for EXCEPTIONAL service.

Jagger came out and checked some issues we were having with our AC. He took his time, explaining with great detail about what discrepancies he found. Jagger identified it and fixed it. He’s professional, patient and always takes pride when he’s working. Chad Love has a good one!

We have a separate AC/heat pump unit for just the Florida Room. We replaced it 5 years ago and it just suddenly died. We tried all things recommended before calling Chad Love. Gunnar Glaum was the technician that arrived promptly and was thorough and efficient with diagnosing the problem which was a motherboard that just quit. He will be back tomorrow to complete the repair. Great technician!
