These guys are great. They let you be inquisitive about things that are going wrong. They don’t push further unnecessary sales only the service they would do on their own homes. These are the guys you want coming to service your home or business.

Our experience has been very good. Elliot took pictures and explained the issue with our air handler and ductwork. He is also coming back to give our options on correcting the problem.

So obviously no one wants their ac units to stop working on the hottest days so far.. and who wants to pay for repairs right.. I will say that Elliot did a great job of explaining and giving options.. so at the end of the day I didn’t want to deal or pay for this, but at least dealing with Chad Love I feel what was done was fair and honest.. I would defiantly recommend these guys..

As a realtor I work with a lot of service providers. This was my first experience with Chad Love Services but will not be my last. They were able to schedule on short notice; called, emailed and texted with ETA; were meticulous and wore booties while in the home; spent time reviewing highlights of the findings with me and the buyers; took lots of pictures to support their conclusions (which were in my inbox almost before I could get back to my office) and set realistic expectations for next steps. I highly recommend giving them a try.
