Chad Love installed our new A/C system about 2 years ago. Since then their service technicians have done bi-annual service to the system, I just wanted to say that all of them have done excellent work, and have great customer awareness.

My AC went out on one of the hottest weeks of the year b/c of a storm surge. When my go-to HVAC repair company couldn’t be reached I called Chad Love because they had really good reviews online.

First to arrive was Gater, who was friendly and professional. I had to end up replacing my 17 year old system and Gater was super helpful in explaining everything to me while not pressuring me in the least. Before he left, Gater set me up with multiple window AC units so that I would be comfortable until my new unit was installed.

Well, then I said “later Gater” and next Dylan and team came to install my new HVAC system. Dylan was super courteous and knowledgeable. The whole team worked hard in roasting temperatures even dealing with sudden lighting storm with the strongest winds I’ve ever seen though nothing seemed to faze them. The job was completed throughly and I’m enjoying crisp, cool air in my home as we speak.
