We called Chad Love Services to have our AC cleaned and inspected (it was long overdue). The scheduling process was easy and they accommodated my availability. Zach, the technician who was dispatched for the call, provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and took great care with covering his shoes every time he was inside our home. Our AC/heat combo unit was in pretty bad shape and desperately needed a cleaning. Zach showed before and after photos of the inside and outside of the unit and he did an incredible job. The unit doesn’t sound like it is laboring anymore and there was an immediate improvement to the air flow. I will definitely be calling Chad Love Services again, and a lot sooner next time, to complete a scheduled cleaning and system inspection.

First off, we had a catastrophic failure of our HVAC system and Chad Love Services gave us peace of mind by installing a new system with the guarantee that for the next 7 (or maybe more, I'm not sure) years they would keep visiting 2x per year for maintenance service. James Lowry helped us so much with that. That was almost a year ago. Today we needed a technician and Casey Getchell provided exceptional service so I just had to leave a raving review showing our gratitude for the company as a whole and for Casey and James specifically. Please give them a raise!!
